Anna is an excellent teacher. She encourages a lot of free-flowing and wide-ranging conversation, which is great for developing aural and oral skills. But her lessons are not just banter. She always develops and shares a detailed plan in advance, including exercises and multimedia materials. So her lessons are a good combination of free-form interaction and planned activities. She also lived in several different German-speaking environments, including the former GDR, the BRD, and Switzerland, which gives her a wide-ranging perspective on the German language and culture. I took weekly lessons with her for three months, and will gladly start again as my work schedule permits.read more

Anna is a fantastic German teacher. She is very organized, and tailors the lessons to fit both my level and interests. When Skype stopped working (due to technical issues), she offered to meet up in person for lessons. Anna is also very pleasant, kind and fun. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to improve their German skills.read more

Anna is very pleasant, professional and well organized. She quickly figured out my strengths and weakness and has helped me quite a bit. I have already taken nine one-hour lessons and I plan to sign up for more.

Anna is a wonderful teacher! She makes the lessons fun as well as challenging. She is also very organized with lesson planning etc. and makes good use of Google Drive to share content. If you are serious about learning German, you cannot do better than to choose Anna.read more

Anna's fantastic. I tried learning German on my own with apps, but the one-on-one lessons with Anna helped me progress so much faster. Since I'm most interested in speaking German, the conversation time at the beginning of our lessons is gold. I've recommended Anna to all of my friends interested in learning German.read more
